Mental Health Support Service

TDBC is seeking to recommission and develop a Mental Health Support Service. TDBC recognises that housing can play a significant role in a person's state of mental and physical wellbeing and has undertaken a number of initiatives to support it's tenants in this respect, including a pilot mental health support service to tenants for the last 18 months. This service has been redesigned with the benefit of learning from the pilot service. The Contract will be for a term of 3 years commencing 01 December 2017. The Contract will contain options to extend the contact period for a further 2 x 12 month periods The maximum funding available for this service is £41,000 per year. The budget figure is fixed for the period of the contract. The Council is seeking to obtain the most effective and competent service to meet local needs.
