Description
Buckinghamshire County Council, needs to procure an Independent Health Complaints Advocacy Service. The independent Health Complaints Advocacy Service in Buckinghamshire will ensure that independent advocacy skills are used to provide practical support and direction to Clients, in order to assist them in finding a resolution to their complaint about Health Services. Buckinghamshire County Council is looking to award a contract for a period of 3 years, with the option for a further extension of 12 months. The Council intends to let one contract to cover its whole geographical area. The contract start date is 1st September 2017. The Council is of the opinion that TUPE will apply to this contract.
