Anticoagulation Services Harrow

For the provision of Anti-coagulation services within the Primary Care setting to ensure optimal accessibility for patient access and appropriate ongoing patient reviews. The services are being directly awarded in order to ensure the continuity of essential health care services to the local population. These interim contracts to 31st March 2019 will enable the Contracting Authority to have sufficient time to complete work to agree future commissioning intentions for these services, including having regard to emergent integration and developing a new specification for these services, in order for this to be procured and in place by April 2019.
