Description
Refurbishment of units 4-7 Market Row, to include the following works: Remove current fixtures and fittings, Re new 2 toilets to current compliance levels. Build new fire rated partition wall to split units 4 from units 5-7. Update lighting to LED. Fix suspended ceiling damage. Make good or replace current flooring. Fully decorate internally and externally.
