Windmill Community Centrte replacement roof

The Windmill Community Centre was built in the 1980's. The current roof is near end-of-life and parts of it require replacement. We are looking for quotes to insulate and replace the roof. The selected contractor will need to liaise with the Parish Council, the Windmill Management Committee (who run the building) a solar panel contact to remove and refit the existing solar panels and the planning authority to ensure that any planning obligations are dealt with. Guttering and down-pipes to be replaced, scaffolding supplied and removed and all waste to be removed from site, References, guarantees and T&C also required.
