Description
This tender opportunity has been issued by St Christopher’s C of E (Primary) Multi Academy Trust (“the Trust”) and Contractors are invited to tender for the provision of ICT Managed Services (“the Service”). Full details of all contract requirements are given in this Document 2. Specification of Requirement. 2. The proposed contract is intended to secure a high-quality, responsive and strategically aligned ICT managed service for the Trust. The Successful Contractor will be expected to deliver a service that: a. provides cost-effective, high-quality technical support, systems management and ICT consultancy; b. offers transparent and comprehensive pricing to enable effective budget management across the contract term; c. acts as the Trust’s single point of accountability for ICT support and for liaison with relevant third-party providers; d. and manages and supports the Trust’s ICT environment across its full lifecycle, including strategic planning, implementation, maintenance, user support and continuous improvement.

Provide 3 relevant previous contract examples To constitute a pass, the contract examples provided shall be relevant to the requirement, with a sufficient level of detail that provides confidence in the Tenderer’s established past experience in similar and relevant projects/contracts. The contracts must be within the education sector and similar complexity and working on more than one site within the contract.
