Description
IDS-Phase C programme is required to address cross government operational and commercial data needs. The ability to access operational and commercially sensitive data that supplement government data will provide enriched, live-streaming insights across industry sectors and cross government departments for public good. The proposed contract outputs will include applicability of newly published research method namely 'Bayesian MFA methodology' in solving 1) filling in data gaps 2) aggregate and dis-aggregate process and sub-processes in value chain 3) ability to rank missing variables based on statistical importance 4) ability to persuade commercial competitive organization to work together for better accessibility and transparency for a common goals (e.g, fuel poverty, child/forced labour, lower carbon emissions, mitigate risks in emerging geo-political in the UK)
