PM Value Streams Improvements

Implement opportunities identified across projects within Sellafield. Cascade and embed the learning from each opportunity implemented on projects and the associated teams. Develop and establish a Centre of Improvement Expertise within the Project Delivery Directorate (PDD). Develop, coach and build Sellafield's LEAN capability within the PDD to a level of professional accreditation. Encourage and implement an element of corporate cultural change, on both utilising, and the benefits of, LEAN thinking.
