Description

NHS South of England Procurement Services, acting on behalf of Health Education England (the Commissioner) are commencing a tender for the delivery of a Development of Clinical Pharmacist In General Practice (CPGP) Programme for England. This is a national procurement and is offered as a whole in one lot. Only one tender is permitted from each provider or provider consortium. Health Education England (HEE) will communicate with either the single provider or the lead provider for the consortium and therefore the lead provider must be identified. In the event that more than one tender is submitted, only the last tender will be evaluated and the other/s will be disregarded. HEE is seeking a provider(s) with the expertise to ensure that a clinical pharmacist in general practice programme is designed, delivered and assessed using and appropriate learning infrastructure and is ready for implementation in September 2017. HEE want to procure 1650 programme places which is equivalent to 1407 (WTE) over a three year period. The first cohort will commence in September 2017 with the last cohort finishing in 2020/21.
