Complex legal Services for Higher Education Restructuring Regime phase 1

The HE Restructuring Regime (HERR) was announced on 16 July 2020, which included a dedicated email address providers in financial distress can use to contact DfE. We are aware of several providers who want to discuss their options, including the possibility of entering the HERR. There is an immediate need to ensure the HERR is set up and operational as a matter of urgency as HE providers may enter it before the new AY commences. We appointed this supplier for the the legal services required for the setup of the HERR.
