The Tender shall involve carrying out of the works arising from: • it's Grade 1 listing • it's condition and size • it's exposure to the hazards of vandalism • it's position in relation to adjacent and surrounding property • the rights of users of adjacent and surrounding property to remain free from trespass into and over their premises and land • the rights of users to the safe and unrestricted movement along roads and footpaths.
