Design Agency

This contract has been awarded to Fluid Vision who submitted the Most Advantageous Tender for MDC's Design Agency Services Invitation To Tender. Suppliers were evaluated against a series of Pass/Fail questions relating to financial standing and standard policies, a series of quality questions on how well they could perform the contract and a pricing schedule based on a scenario of required services in order to compare pricing. The suppliers evaluation was moderated and scored accordingly and subsequent award letter sent.
