• To provide dedicated site sales staff as per the development overview to sell the scheme in accordance with the sales period and sale rates. • To provide marketing services such as portal listings and social media • To progress the reservations through to exchange and the completions in accordance with L&Q targets • To ensure that our customer service levels remain at a high standard • To follow any procedures as per our sales associate guide (attached)
