SOW - Key input to TOM Strategic Support (additonal work)

NRS require a supplier to support the successful implementation of the new TOM by delivering a five stage organisational transition. This will include assessing the current NRS operating state, building the model office teams and processes, testing and piloting the model and transitioning the organisation into the new model. This will be followed by optimising the model and embedding the new ways of working.
