Hertsmere Borough Council is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to design and refurbish the play area at Composers Park including :- • Toddler area providing an interesting assortment of appropriate equipment surrounded by railings. • Perimeter active and engaging equipment for older children, such as a cableway, swings and trail. • Sports Provision through upgrading existing facilities. • Linking path from main park entrance to provide accessibility
