Description
Flintshire County Council runs an in-house service for five Household Recycling Centres (HRC’s) across the county. The purpose of the tender is to establish through a formal contract the recycling / recovery of mixed quality wood waste; Industry Grade C arising from the HRC’s. This can either be through - Recycling or Recovery operations (Biomass)
