Domestic Violence And Abuse Refuge And Outreach Service - AWARD

Portsmouth City Council ('the council') is inviting tenders from suitably qualified suppliers to provide a Domestic Violence and Abuse Refuge and Outreach Service. The service covers two domestic abuse support elements: - Refuge support - Community support The Refuge support is delivered across three Council owned properties and maintenance and repairs are the responsibility of the Council, therefore this contract covers the support element only. The Council is targeting to have awarded the contract on 1st April 2021 to allow for service commencement on 1st July 2021. The contract will be let for an initial term of 33 months which may then run for a further 3 years to a total maximum term of 5 years and 9 months at the sole discretion of the Council. The value of the contract is approximately £735,000 per annum based upon current service delivery.
