North East Lincolnshire Council procured a replacement contract for building cleaning (that included periodic cleaning as and when required) (Lot One), and window cleaning (Lot Two) with its partner Lincs Inspire Limited(LiL) for properties identified within two property portfolios. Tenderers were invited to submit tenders for one or both Lots. The contract shall be effective from 01 April 2016 initially for a period of 3years. There is a further possibility of 2 x 12 month extension periods depending on performance and ongoing need.
