Tri.x Durham Safeguarding Children Partnership Procedures Manual Renewal Direct Award via G-Cloud 14

Tri.x have provided the MA child protections procedures since 2015. The partners have been happy with the procedures and agencies have provided significant resource to review and ensure the procedures are localised to Durham. The request is that this is a single agency provider due to the above expertise, resource committed and no one else provides the level of service and expertise provided. The service is well delivered and value for money and therefore, a direct award to the incumbent OEM provider for the system via the G-Cloud 14 framework agreement has been utilised as the most suitable route to market.
