Removal and reinstatement of HPL cladding, HPL soffit boards and timber balcony decking with non-combustible alternatives. Localised reinstatement of brickwork and rendered blockwork to facilitate cavity barrier installation. The budget for this contract is £ 1,000,000 – £1,500,000 (exclusive of VAT).
