Commercial expertise and support in particular in relation to procurement, contract administration and contract management with in-depth knowledge of the rail industry, especially franchising and the wider transport sector. Whilst we are in process of recruiting new permanent starters these are unlikely to be in place until February 2021. This small extension in value and time (from 20 January until 31 March 2021) will allow for a handover period and knowledge transfer.
