Vehicle Recovery Services

The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) for Leicestershire (referred to as "Leicestershire Police") are issuing an invitation to tender for Vehicle Removal Services. Leicestershire Police require a vehicle recovery/storage service to include: - The 24/7 x 365 days vehicle recovery for light vehicles, (under 3500kg), heavy vehicles (over 3500kg), forensic recovery (no hands), and the recovery of broken down police vehicles. - Secure storage of the vehicles including covered storage and facilities for forensic and mechanical examinations. - Administration of removed vehicles including full audit trail from removal to disposal. - Provision of a reception facility for owners collecting their vehicles. - The collection of charges from vehicle owners on behalf of the Chief Constable
