Description
The Customer is seeking to partner with a suitably qualified Service Provider(s) for the supply of arboriculture maintenance services to the Highways Network for which the Customer is responsible under the Highways Act 1980, the Customer's own properties, and the properties of other Clients in Leicestershire. The Client work is to generate income for the Customer so it may subsidise its public service commitments. The Contract is divided into Lots as follows: a) Lot 3.1 - Arboriculture Work to the Customer's own properties and the properties of other Clients b) Lot 3.2 - Planned Arboriculture Work to the Highway Network managed by the Customer c) Lot 3.3 - Reactive Arboriculture Work to the Highway Network managed by the Customer The Contract will be established for an initial period of 2 years with an option to extend for a further period or periods up to a total of 3 years taking the Contract term to a maximum of 5 years.
