Description
Slough Borough Council is seeking expression of interest from suitably qualified contractors with relevant experience in delivering this type of contract, in scope and value, to attend a market engagement event. Interested organisations are required to provide responses to the below questions and submit by the 13th July 2026 via the messaging section of the Intend portal. See link below https://in-tend.co.uk If you intend to attend the market engagement event, please, send an email confirmation of your attendance along with names, roles, and email addresses of all attendees from your organisation, using the below email address. The event will be via teams. Once your confirmation is received, an invite will be forwarded to the list of names/emails received. Digital Systems and Data • What digital systems do you use for repairs management, scheduling, customer communication, and reporting? o Are these compatibles with common housing management systems? o How do you ensure data accuracy, transparency, and real time reporting? Procurement Route • The Council is proposing a Competitive Flexible Procedure. Have you participated in this procedure (or similar) within the last two years? o Please explain the reasons for your view (e.g., flexibility, dialogue, ability to refine solutions). o If no, please outline any concerns or limitations you foresee. Contract Form • The Council is considering a TPC (Term Partnering Contract). Do you have experience delivering under TPC or similar partnering contracts (e.g., PPC, NEC, JCT partnering)? o Do you have experience with TPC or similar partnering contracts, and do you have any feedback on benefits or challenges associated with this form?
