Procurement for Clarion void units split across the north and south regions. Services have been divided into 4 Lots. Lot 1 is for the North Void Inspection, Maintenance and Management of Defects Lot 2 is for the South Void Inspection, Maintenance and Management of Defects Lot 3 is for the North Void and Marketing Suite Sparkle Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning and outer building cleaning. Lot 4 is for the South Void and Marketing Suite Sparkle Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning and outer building cleaning.
