Design Consultancy Services Framework

West Northamptonshire Council wishes to appoint Framework Providers in 12 Lots to provide Design and Technical Consultancy Services for a range of construction projects. This framework is open for use by all current Council partners, including: • North Northamptonshire Council, Northampton Partnership Homes and other organisations delegating services and or functions to the Council; • by way of access agreement, this framework is also open to new Council customers seeking to utilise the Council's frameworks on an independent third party basis including: a. any city, district, borough or other local authority within the county of West Northamptonshire; b. any companies or organisations set up by participants in the Council; c. any school, academy, university or other educational establishment within the county of West Northamptonshire; and d. any Public Body outlined in either Part I or Part II of the Local Authorities (Goods and Services) (Public Bodies) Order 1972.
