Data-led Social Prescribing to NHS Devon CCG

GCloud framework award to Pungo Ltd to procure data-led social prescribing for a two-year contract to provide consistency and streamline processes for multiple PCNs and Voluntary and Community Sector (VCSE) delivery partners across Devon. The contract is for a 24-month term with potential to extend to an additional 12 months subject to funding. The total value for the life of the 2-year term and 12-months extension is £368,450 excluding VAT. This procurement has been carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioner(s).
