Borderland Energy Programme Business Case Support

Northumberland County Council on behalf of the Borderlands Partnership is seeking a suitable supplier to develop a standard economic model to be used across the 13 prioritised energy projects. The successful consultancy will then use the agreed model to write the economic case and provide general business case support to the 13 prioritised energy projects.
