Smart Working Smartspaces

AWARD NOTICE Midland Heart (MH) is currently in the midst of delivering its 'Smart Working Project', which seeks to implement changes to core offices, policies, and supporting technology to enable colleagues to work flexibly in the office and remotely post-pandemic. Pre-Covid, most colleagues typically worked 5 days a week in their designated office with dedicated workspaces. Offices are now being reconfigured over the early summer with agile working spaces and improved collaboration facilities, reducing the total number of workspaces. As such, we need a solution to allow colleagues to plan and manage their visits to the office, including physical access, and booking desk/room/parking resources. In addition to colleague office visits, there is also a desire to improve how we manage visitors in our offices, from visit planning to office access, and visit check-in & check-out. Midland Heart is seeking a fully turnkey solution with both hardware and software components to be implemented and managed via a single solution implementer, to deliver the above capabilities.
