East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust (ESHT) is embarking on a procurement project to identify a Contractor to provide staff and visitor retail and catering services at Eastbourne District General Hospital and Conquest Hospital, near Hastings. The services being tendered are: — Staff and visitor cafés; — Staff and visitor retail services. The tender will comprise 2 lots: Lot 1 — Conquest Hospital: Café and retail outlet in the main entrance area. Lot 2 — Eastbourne District General Hospital: Café and an additional retail space in the main entrance area; Café in the lower ground floor adjacent to the staff restaurant.
