National Framework for Decarbonisation Solutions

To establish a framework of Contractors and Consultants capable of providing Decarbonisation Solutions. The framework will cover Public Sector Bodies with the exclusion of NHS Trusts and the Health Sector. The opportunity will consist of four separate lots delivery for a four year term. The procurement will involve a single stage process following the Public Contract Regulations 2015 Open Procedure described in Regulation 27.
