Delivery of Leadership Programme

The Social Interest Group is a charity whose sole aim is to empower its members to increase positive impact for social good. We have a management team of about 30 people at senior and service level. We are looking for tenders from interested parties that can deliver our Leadership Programme. The Social Interest Group are seeking tenders for the delivery of a leadership programme for its senior and service level management team. SIG is seeking behavioural change in its leadership and wanting a practical based delivery model together with tuition (classroom based). The tenderer must evidence : • Their expertise and achievements in the matter • How you would deliver a leadership programme that changed behaviour and built business acumen and over what period of time it would take you to do the same • Details of three pieces of contracted work undertaken in the past two years in a similar field • A copy of your equality and diversity policy • Your charge rate for doing this work If you are interested building and then delivering the leadership programme please in the first instance send in (no more than 2 A4 pages) tenders that answer the points above.
