IT Support Contract

United Communities wishes to appoint a suitable organisation to provide day to day IT Support as well as assisting with the strategic direction of United Communities IT usage. Service providers are expected to be experienced in the provision of IT Support and strategic planning as well as being fully compliant with all standards and regulations as appropriate. It is anticipated that this contract will be for an initial three year period with the option to extend for a further one year dependant on the needs of the organisation. All communication is to be completed using the United Communities E-Tendering portal In-Tend.
