Description
Newcastle City Council require a software system that will provide a Case Management and Information System to be used by diverse business areas within the Council. The system will facilitate the accurate recording of a wide range of cases from License management to Planning development. The software will support the seamless interlinking between service areas to allow management to monitor and report on interactions between council services and the public. In addition to the CMIS, the software must allow for the management of documents and integrate with a BS7666 gazetteer to facilitate an easy and intuitive address lookup system. The system will provide fully functional spatial tools to allow the editing of spatial data held within the CMIS. The initial contract length is for 84 months with 2 x 36 and 1 x12 month options to extend. It is essential that the implementation of any new system does not extend beyond this extension date.
