NCC1016 Ellington Phase 3 & 4 Groundworks

The works include the completion of groundworks to 36nr plots. Works to include foundations, plot and internal drainage, service trenches, making up ground levels, hard landscaping, site roads, footpaths and drainage which are to be constructed following the Coast Engineering drawings attached with the ITT. Please be aware that the section of the site which has not been highlighted is not included in this works package.
