Treasury Management Services

The management of the organisation's investments and cash flows, its banking, money market and capital transactions; the effective control of the risks associated with those activities; and the pursuit of optimum performance consistent with those risks. The council requires a supplier with specialist knowledge of Public Sector treasury management services to support net cashflow through the council. The contract has been awarded through the ESPO Framework 664_21 on an initial 36 months until 31/03/2027 with the option to extend for a further 24 months. If all extension are taken the end date of the contract will be 31/03/2029.
