Human Factors Training Curriculum

HMPPS Executive Directors have decided that their reform programs will include human factors-informed improvements to incident investigation and, thereby, optimised incident responses. Reform program leaders have determined that this will require the external commissioning of expert curriculum design, writing and training delivery on incident investigation and incident response. The MOJ has awarded a contract for the human factors training curriculum.
