AG21013 - Enhanced Primary Care Services Bundle

NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU), on behalf of NHS England & NHS Improvement – Midlands, and NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire CCG (referred to as the Commissioners), is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to express an interest to deliver an Enhanced Primary Care Services Bundle on behalf of named practices in Nottingham City. The contract is to start on 1 April 22 and is to run for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for up to a further 1 year (total maximum contract duration 3 years). The contract to be entered into will be in accordance with the NHS Standard Contract 2021. The estimated total contract value is £706,260 over the lifetime of the contract.
