UK Green Investment Bank - Facilities Cleaning Services London Office

UK Green Investment Bank plc (“GIB”) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified cleaning contractor to provide cleaning services to its London offices located on the 5th and 13th floor of Millbank Tower, London, SW1P 4QP. The 5th floor is shared with another tenant Reuben Brothers, however it is intended that the cleaning services required for the 5th floor will be provided to both GIB and Reuben Brothers, the preferred contractor will be required to invoice Reuben Brothers and GIB separately. It is anticipated that the requirements for both will be the same and that the invoicing will be split on a square footage basis.
