The smart messaging facility is a primary use tool for YAS, this service sends group SMS (texts) to all our services, e.g. 111, 999 Operations PTS and GRS and .... to the CAD system. So, it is vital to service deployment in respect of the facility of information in saving lives. Therefore, the procurement is necessary via Direct Award to British Telecom through the above-mentioned framework to preserve business continuity for the authority and maintain vital front-line delivery
