Homes England - Legal Framework - Legal Advice on Loan Documentation Reviews for Private Rented Sector Guarantee Scheme (PRSGS) Transactions

Homes England is looking to appoint up to 3 Panel firms to provide legal advice on loan documentation reviews as outlined below. The successful firms will be eligible to be considered as advisors on the next 10 loans advanced under the Private Rented Sector Guarantee Scheme (PRSGS), with Homes England selecting which of the successful firms to instruct in relation to each loan at the point the Services are required. This selection will be made at Homes England's discretion without any further competition between the successful firms, and each firm will be notified of who has been selected in each case. Homes England expects each successful firm to be appointed to provide the Services in relation to at least one of loans that are the subject of this competition.
