Homes England - Property and Financial Professional Services Framework (2022-2026) - Torksey Lock

Homes England required to appoint a Monitoring Surveyor Firm (MS) from it's Property and Financial Professional Services Framework Panel (2022-2026). The appointed MS is Sanderson Weatherall. Their work will include providing initial due diligence and ongoing monitoring of the residential development works. All work will be instructed under the standard terms of Homes England's Property and Financial Professional Services Framework (2022-2026).
