Strategy Process Study Report

This study will provide the evidence base that will enable SONAC and RCDS to update their guidance for producing strategy, which can be used collaboratively across all Government departments, avoids common pitfalls and will lead to better outcomes. DCDC will sponsor a study to help better understand why previous strategies have failed and provide recommendations for factors that must be included in the process of producing and implementing strategy, which will provide the evidence base for the update of the RCDS guidance.
