SWI25002 SWISCo Food Waste Processing

SWISCo has a statutory duty to collect and arrange for the receipt and disposal of household waste and other waste arising from its collections on behalf of Torbay Council. A weekly Food Waste collection service is offered to the majority of homes in the borough, and a separate Food Waste collection service is offered to SWISCo’s commercial waste customers. SWISCo and the Council are looking to increase food waste recycling and require a supplier to process this waste.
