Playbook 1.5B

The M3 project is designed to extend our existing CAV Testbed Route to inter-urban and rural areas of the wider West Midlands, more specifically Highways England roads and Warwickshire roads respectively. To enable us to do this we need to obtain data from Warwickshire County Council relating to the following areas: • Traffic Flow UTC/UTMC • Traffic Road Congestion UTC/UTMC • Journey Times UTC/UTMC • Signal Timings UTC/UTMC • Vehicle Classifications UTC/UTMC • VMS (Variable Messaging Signs) • Car Parking • Cycle Counts • Air Quality • Signal Faults These data-feeds should be available in real time and it must be possible for them to be added to our existing Playbook 1 system, an open data platform supporting the oneM2M standard. The Playbook 1 system is built upon the oneTRANSPORT data platform and the incoming datasets must be able to interface with this platform.
