Description
The contract has been awarded to Brent Centre for Young People (BCYP) following market engagement to invite capable providers. Brent Centre for Young People (BCYP) has been established as the only capable provider. The BCYP Service is available to young people aged between 14-21 who are resident in the borough of Brent or are registered with a Brent GP. The objectives of the Service are to: • Improve mental health and emotional well- being of young people; • Improve relationships with family; • Increase young people's knowledge and understanding in relation to mental health and emotional well-being; • Promote and encourage a positive attitude towards a healthy lifestyle; • Encourage young people to reduce or become abstinent from drug use; • Reduce un-safe sexual behaviour. Reduce offending and re-offending; and • Encourage young people to re-enter the education system or complete education/skills training course(s).
