First Rail Holdings (FRH) are tendering for the provision of taxi management services (i.e., pre-planned, emergency and ad-hoc), processing of payment to taxi drivers for Services undertaken via various channels and the management of taxi ranks, where applicable, to the following First Rail Train Operating Companies (TOCs): SWR, GWR, Hull Trains and Lumo.
