Description
Rotherham Council are seeking to engage with experienced suppliers to seek advice and information which will be used to inform the upcoming procurement of the planned new central library provision. The current central library is to be relocated from Riverside House to a new Town Centre location as part of the wider Markets Development Scheme. Plans for the new library are currently in progress, and construction on the overall scheme is due to begin in Spring 2022 with the library due to commence Summer 2023. The Council are looking to ascertain a realistic budget plus any details about what could potentially be offered for the supply of then ew library space planning, design and furnishing; along with any opportunities or risks the Council should be considering prior to procurement.
