Bars for Bournemouth Air Festival 2019 to 2021

The Tourism Department of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (the Council) currently organise a major festival annually; the Bournemouth Air Festival which attracts up to 1 million visitors across 4 days. The Bournemouth Air Festival will take place along Bournemouth Seafront and Bournemouth Town Centre and will be centred on the length of beach from Bournemouth to Boscombe Pier. It will be the Air Festival's eleventh annual event. The Council is seeking bids from suppliers to operate a Bar service(s) at nominated sites for the Air Festival for the years of 2019 (with the option to extend annually to 2020 and 2021). This will be awarded on a site by site basis and has been separated into four Lots. Each lot will be evaluated and awarded separately. Suppliers are able to bid for as many of the four lots that they wish to. The lots available are as below: • Lot 3 - Boscombe Bar and Food • Lot 4 - Over Cliff Bar and Food • Lot 5 - Town Centre Bar and Food • Lot 6 - Gin and Prosecco Bar
