Description
In this instance ESPO are establishing a national framework for the provision of Refuse and Recycling Products, including but not limited to plastic wheeled bins (2 and 4 wheels), steel wheeled bins (4 wheels), steel wheeled bin maintenance, plastic refuse sacks, compostable liners, food caddies, kerbside boxes, bin lockdown frames, bin housing units, compost bins and composting accessories. Lot 1A: Supply of Plastic Wheeled Bins (2 Wheeled) Lot 1B: Supply of Plastic Wheeled Bins (4 Wheeled) Lot 2: Supply of Steel Wheeled Bins (4 Wheeled) Lot 3: Bin Maintenance and Repair (Mobile and Factory Based) Lot 4: Supply of Spare Parts Lot 5: Supply of Lockdown Frames for Bins Lot 6: Supply of Kerbside Recycling Boxes (Including Inner Caddies) Lot 7: Supply of Stackable Boxes for Waste Lot 8: Supply of Kerbside Recycling Bags Lot 9: Supply of Food Waste Containers (Caddies) Lot 10: Supply of Compostable Liners Lot 11: Supply of Plastic Refuse Sacks (Bin Bags) Lot 12: Supply of Waste Housing Units Lot 13: Total Managed Solutions for Compost Bins Lot 14: Supply Only of Compost Bins and Ancillary Supplies for Compost Bins The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period. As a Central Purchasing Body as defined by the EU Procurement Directive 2014/24/EU, the Framework Agreement is open for use by Public Bodies (defined https://www.espo.org/ESPO/media/Documents/FAQs/ESPO-s_powers_to_trade__website_-2016-12-22.pdf) that also fall into one of the following classifications of user throughout all administrative regions of the UK: Local Authorities; Educational Establishments (including Academies); Central Government Departments and Agencies; Police, Fire & Rescue and Coastguard Emergency Services; NHS and HSC Bodies, including Ambulance Services; Registered Charities; Registered Social Landlords; or any public body established by or under the Scotland Act 1998 or any Act of the Scottish Parliament.
